For it's second anniversary (and a showing at SAGE 2025), Super Freaks 1 Ultimate Edition is back with it's most supercharged update yet! 3.1, aka Turbo, brings with it two major gameplay changes: 

- Sprinting, which is triggered not with any button but simply by running along the ground uninterrupted. You'll start kicking up dust clouds when you're moving fast enough! You can go crazy fast if you can keep your sprint up, so try your best to know the level layouts and find straightaways to run on! 

- Turbo Mode, which can be activated for any level and storyline, speeds you up drastically, at the cost of replacing any health mechanics with a 30 second timer. Grab yorbs, trophies, and checkpoints to keep your timer up. Beating Kranibots helps too! Get hit, however, and you lose an increasingly larger time penalty. If your time drops to zero, you die; and you only have one life! 

As an added bonus, we finally have a new modding page, this time provided by ModDB. We'd love to see your ridiculous freakloader characters!
